Clareefai has made it much easier for us to turn customer feedback into a real sales asset. Before, were mostly relying on testimonials, case studies, and occasionally setting up reference calls manually. It worked to some extent, but it wasn’t very scalable and often required a lot of back and forth internally. Now, it's much easier to turn customer feedback into something real and usable. We now have the option to actually bring customers into the conversation when needed. And we’ve seen improvement in how prospects engage with our proof points, we also found that it shortens the trust-building phase and makes discussions more concrete.
